This report analyzes the second aspect of the organization from the human resource management perspective. In the first part of the paper, efforts will be directed towards analyzing the choice of the organization, the sector in which it operate, the different products it offered, and discussion relating to the headquarter and the subsidiary it wishes to established. In the second part of the paper, efforts will be directed towards critically investigating the key drivers of the internationalization. The third part of the paper deal with the differences in the human resource practice in headquarter and the subsidiary. The fourth part of the paper presents detail recommendations that could help the organization to accomplish its different objectives associated with internationalization strategy.
Chinese electronics firms are exploiting the business potentials in different parts of the world, and undoubtedly Haier Electronics is leading from the front (Cheng, 2009). This is due to the fact that the organization is regarded as the second largest group of electronics after Lenovo belonging to China. The organization was established in 1984 by Zhang Ruiming when the reforms were on the way in the People Republic of China (Bai, 2005). With the passage of time, the organization has been consistently growing through diversification and internationalization strategies.
